Our Sales Policy
We maintain a substantial inventory within the DACH region, facilitating prompt dispatch of your orders. Most items are shipped within 72 hours of purchase confirmation from our warehouse. If a specific product is not listed on our website, please feel free to contact our team at info@comfortel.de.

- QBTEC GmbH/Comfortel does not accept responsibility for the installation or assembly of any items purchased.
- Maintenance of our products is not the responsibility of QBTEC GmbH/Comfortel. Proper use and maintenance are solely the customer’s responsibility.
- QBTEC GmbH/Comfortel does not hold knowledge of or responsibility for individual building codes or laws.

Comfortel Salon Furniture is a trade only supplier and sell direct to businesses and industry professionals.
These business’s include Hair Salons, Beauty Salons, Home Salons, Barbers, Spa’s, Clinics, Medical, Designers and Trade.
By signing up for an account, you have access to our trade prices direct to businesses and shopping online.

Online: You can start by filling out an application here to be approved to shop in our online store.
Once you place an order online, our sales team will get in touch with you to finalise the order, providing shipping costs based on your order and payment details.

Once you’ve placed your order request through our Comfortel Salon Furniture DACH website, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. This email confirms that we have successfully received your order request and it is being reviewed by our sales team.
The confirmation email will outline the details of your order, and as per our website policy, our sales team will follow up shortly with specific information regarding delivery costs and payment details. If you don’t receive the confirmation email within a reasonable time frame, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@qbtec.ch

You can pay for Comfortel products in several ways:
Bank Transfer: Payment can be made directly to our bank account. Our sales team will provide you with the necessary bank details upon order confirmation.
Credit/Debit Card: We accept major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard.
Please note, for online orders, payment details will be finalized with our sales team once the delivery costs have been determined and added to your order total.
They will reach out to you with the complete information shortly after you place an order request.
All prices displayed on our website are determined based on your location.
- For Germany & Austria: Prices are in Euros (€)
- For Switzerland: Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF)
Please note, the displayed prices exclude the applicable taxes at the ruling rates and delivery costs.
The tax will be calculated at the end of your order, and you will be required to pay the tax measured by the purchase price paid for the Products. Please be aware that the prices set forth on the website do not include these taxes.
The cost of shipping will be quoted once your order is completed and received by our sales team.

International Orders (Outside Germany, Austria, and Switzerland)

Our policy is to keep you informed. When your order is despatched, we will contact you by email with the tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your delivery.
If there are shortages, damages or loss of items during transit, QBTEC GmbH, representing Comfortel in the DACH region, is committed to assisting you.
In the event of such issues, please follow these steps:
- Upon delivery, inspect the packaging and goods thoroughly for any signs of damage. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to QBTEC GmbH within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence where applicable.
- If a product is missing, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the missing item’s name and number. We will resolve the issue by either sending you the missing item or issuing a refund, as per your preference and the product’s availability.
- For any items lost in transit, please inform us as soon as possible. We will liaise with our courier partners to track your package. If the courier service confirms the loss, we will replace the item or issue a refund, as appropriate.
We recommend that you retain all delivery documentation, as it may be necessary for claims relating to loss or damage.
